Your rights
Specific information about your GDPR rights can be obtained from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local Citizens Advice Bureau. If you have any cause for complaint about our use of your personal data, you have the right to contact us or lodge a complaint with the ICO.

Why do we collect personal information?
We use personal information so that we can take the steps necessary to assess whether we can enter into a contract with you and perform that contract with you. It can also help us to:

What information do we collect?
When you interact with our website we collect the data as shown on the contact form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We may embed video, news and social media posts from other websites such as Google which behaves in the exact same way if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with that embedded content such as tracking your interaction on whether you have an account and are logged into that website.

We may also receive information from other sources such as organisations we work closely with, or directly from you when you correspond with us. This may include proof of identity, financial information and information relating to the services you are seeking.
